(A) Aura overlapping during meditation [00:09 – 03:51]
  1. Everyone must sit on their own mat to be separated from each other or else our meditation would not be successful. Extend our arms horizontally and swing in a circular motion to ensure no one is sitting too close to us.
  2. All human possesses an aura that surrounds them. There is a limit to the size of our aura, and the maximum is the distance between our outstretched hands.
  3. When we sit too close to each other during meditation, our aura would overlapped and this would affect our meditation. That is why we must sit far from each other.
  4. Xian Sheng is training the followers to perfect their silent meditation in the morning. Followers can request for anything or request to see anything they want in their silent meditation. Xian Sheng mentioned earlier that going forward, we would strive for an advanced and deeper form of meditation.
  5. Xian Sheng provided a brief explanation of silent meditation to the followers. There are standard spiritual meditations like in the olden days when martial arts practitioners would meditate in silence prior to engaging in Kung Fu. The Taoists and the Buddhists also practice silent meditation in their daily lives. There is much knowledge that can be acquired through meditation. A person that enters into deep meditation can derive many benefits including healing oneself if they adopt a correct meditation posture.
  6. It is critical that we stop imagining during Baitiangong Spiritual meditation. Xian Sheng said many followers kept thinking about what they requested for before they start meditation. Once we sat down to meditate, we must clear our minds from all thoughts. Silent meditation requires absolute silence and that is why children are not allowed in Sunday Silent Meditation.
(B) 99.9% of humans came from Hell [04:00 – 11:28]
  1. Xian Sheng wanted everyone to sit far apart from each other so that they cannot hear even the faintest sounds like breathing and rustling by their neighbours.
  2. In the strictest spiritual sense, there is no husband and wife relationship for the soul.
  3. Xian Sheng asked the followers to recall what they learn from meditation during the early days of Spiritual Retreats. The Spiritual Retreats were held up in the hills as Xian Sheng wanted a quiet environment to meditate.
  4. Xian Sheng told the followers to treat their family members as brothers and sisters and not as mother and son. The son should address his mother as elder sister and the mother should address her son as elder brother. The reason behind this is because of the soul. Meditation deals with the soul. When it comes to the soul, the soul of the father could have reincarnated three times, whereas the soul of his son could have reincarnated ten times.
  5. Meditation is one of the ways for us to realise the existence of the soul. We can also realise the existence of the soul with sufficient knowledge. Baitiangong followers should seek a deeper understanding of the soul and meditation provides us with the means to achieve that.
  6. Xian Sheng proceeded to ask the siblings to sit apart from each other. He does not want them to think of each other due to their close proximity. This is related to the spiritual understanding of the soul.
  7. The husband & wife relationship, the parents & child relationship, and the siblings’ relationship exist only on the Earth plane. Once a person passed away, their soul would no longer recognise their former spouse.
  8. The reality is that Heaven has no top and Hell has no bottom.1 We do not know which plane of Heaven or plane of Hell we would go to after we passed away. Everyone accumulates merits or demerits differently. A father and son would end up on different planes and would not have the chance to ever meet. Furthermore, as there is no top to Heaven and no bottom to Hell, the chances of ever meeting are negligible, even if there were to be able to recognise each other.
  9. Today, we are human as we have borrowed our bodies and taken on our present look and appearance2, but in our previous reincarnation, do we look and appear the same? In our previous reincarnation, do we have the same father and mother as in our present life? What about all the other previous reincarnations, do we have the same father and mother? What about our skin colour, have we always been the same ethnicity in all our previous reincarnations? Who are we exactly? These are the questions that we have to ask ourselves and we can make such requests during meditation. There is a likelihood we would not get any answer, but there is also a likelihood that we could get an answer too.
  10. In Xian Sheng’s case, he got his answer immediately. Xian Sheng knelt down to pray and request to know whether he was ever incarnated3 as a human on Earth and he was granted the vision on the same night.
  11. Xian Sheng knows where he came from as he also requested from the CREATOR4. On the contrary, most of us do not know where we came from. Xian Sheng informed the followers that the majority of us, 99.9% came from Hell.5
  12. Xian Sheng is here with us (in a human look and appearance) to partner with us because he does not want us to reincarnate as humans anymore. That would be the ideal situation. However, would that be the case? There is always hope because the whole reason why we pray to the CREATOR is to save our own souls.6
(C) Do not fear anything during meditation [22:22 – 26:40]
  1. For this meditation, we can request for anything we like but do not even think about our request during meditation.
  2. Xian Sheng demonstrated the hand movements to remind followers of the correct sequence of actions and final position of the hands. See 04A-2000 A10. Some followers forgot and wrongly place their right hands above their left hands.
  3. The ideal meditation posture would be sitting in an upright position with our back straight. Do not rest our hands on our thighs but hold them up to form a triangle.
  4. After a certain lapse of time, we may find our hands involuntarily moving downwards or swinging open, our bodies swaying around or leaning backwards in a sleeping position. If we find our bodies leaning backwards, do not fight against it by trying to lean forwards which would result in a rocking motion. The best situation would be losing consciousness and lying down on our backs.
  5. If we see a bright light or a light in a myriad of colours, do not fear them. If we do not fear it, the white light would approach us and the beam would render us unconscious. Our soul would leave our body and stand in another dimension. The most important thing is not to fear anything. Keep reminding ourselves that we must not fear anything. But do not think about our request or anything else.
  6. Xian Sheng pointed to a random direction for the followers to face and pray to the CREATOR to start their silent meditation.

(D) Praying to the CREATOR does not guarantee us a place in Heaven [35:58 – 48:57]
  1. Xian Sheng related the parable of the man who lived and prayed to GOD for 500 years. This man requested GOD to let him live for 500 years. A common person seldom lives up to 100 years, but this man wanted to live for 500 years. Although it is a heavy request and a tall order, nevertheless GOD granted it to him. Next, he requested to spend his 500 years on an island. GOD also granted his request. GOD asked if he wants to be alone and he said yes. Xian Sheng explained that a man staying alone cannot do any bad deeds like cheating, stealing or arguing with anyone. These are the benefits of being alone although it can be considered to be slightly selfish. GOD asked the man what else he wanted to which he replied a house to stay in and food to eat.
  2. This man has high spiritual values and discipline. He does not spend his days lounging about but dedicated every waking moment to praying and meditating. He kept track of the time and exactly 500 years later, he laid down to sleep and passed away. His soul met with GOD and he said, “GOD, I have left my body, left the plane of Earth. I want the best place in Heaven.”
  3. GOD’s voice asked him for the reasons why he demanded the best place in Heaven. The man replied by saying he never asked for anything, not even a wife to accompany him, he never committed a single bad deed, and he prayed to the CREATOR day and night. Those were his reasons. That is why he believe he deserved a good place in Heaven.
  4. GOD’s voice asked him whether those reasons were good enough. The man replied yes as he prayed to the CREATOR, he never committed any bad deeds, he practised think good, see good, hear good, speak good and do good, and he fears nothing except the CREATOR as he neither fears not having a wife, not having any children nor not being in love.
  5. Some people fear they cannot get a spouse so they scrambled desperately to find someone. Some people fear they cannot find love until they resorted to certain services. People have all sorts of fears like fear of the dark (nyctophobia) and fear of being alone (autophobia).
  6. Xian Sheng asked the followers to evaluate for themselves whether this man could get a good place in Heaven. He said that they would likely agree that this man deserved it because he has prayed for 500 years.
  7. GOD’s voice then asked, who gave him a lifespan of 500 years, who gave him food for 500 years, and who gave him an island to live on for 500 years. How is he going to account for all that was given to him for the past 500 years? But now, he is asking GOD to give him a good place in heaven too.
  8. The man pondered and he realised that he cannot account for his 500 years lifespan, his 500 years worth of food and everything else but yet, he dared to negotiate terms with GOD for a good place in Heaven.
  9. There is nothing to talk about. He was sent to the borderline of Heaven just because he wanted to talk terms with GOD.
  10. Xian Sheng said that the moral of the lesson is, “If you want to talk terms with me and I’m around, we can talk it over a cup of tea. If you want to talk terms to GOD, you can forget about it. There is nothing to talk about.”
  11. Praying to the CREATOR does not guarantee us a place in Heaven.
(E) Loose mouth lands you in Hell [48:57 – 59:36]
  1. Xian Sheng reminded the followers to continue to pray to the CREATOR even after they passed away. They should continue to pray until they find themselves automatically in Heaven. Do not give terms to the CREATOR.
  2. Xian Sheng lamented that many followers kept asking him where are (the souls of) their deceased parents, grandparents, spouses, children or relatives. Xian Sheng told them not to ask him all these questions but instead to keep praying for their souls. They should just keep praying to the CREATOR and praying for forgiveness for their souls and stop asking where they are. Furthermore, when Xian Sheng is no longer with us, who will they ask?
  3. It is best not to ask certain questions but leave it to the CREATOR to decide. We should not decide. Xian Sheng has repeatedly stated that we can only request the CREATOR to forgive the sins of our deceased (and if deserving to give them a place in Heaven). The important issue here is not to ask where our deceased are but to pray to the CREATOR for them.
  4. Being a wife or a husband to someone is a relationship that exists only during one’s life on Earth. Once a person passed away, the soul has no more relationship with any other soul.
  5. Xian Sheng asked the wives the following scenario, “Today you say you are his wife. Tomorrow you passed away and your husband remarries another the following day. So is that his wife or not?” In another scenario, Xian Sheng asked, “Today your husband passed away. Tomorrow you marry another man and he becomes your husband. So who is your husband? We have no idea who you refer to when you say, husband.”
  6. In the olden days, widows observed vows of chastity and they do not remarry after their husbands passed away but toiled to raise their children on their own. Some are the complete opposites. They would look for a husband to help them raise their children so that they do not have to work as they find it hard to work and raise the children at the same time.
  7. In today’s society, we have all kinds of people. Some men look for women to provide them with a livelihood. Some men prey on rich widows as they are too lazy to find work to support themselves.
  8. When the day comes for us to die, what will happen? If we have lived a righteous life, it will be right for us. But what if we did not? What is important is how we approach, tackle and solve our trials and tribulations in life as a person. If we fared well, we will end up with a good outcome. If we fared badly, we will end up with a bad outcome. It is ultimately up to us.
  9. When it comes to spiritual matters, namely with regard to the CREATOR, Xian Sheng reminded the followers to be very cautious. They may have lived a perfect life, observing the Spiritual Guidelines by praying to the CREATOR twice a day, fearing nothing except the CREATOR and thinking good, seeing good, hearing good, speaking good and doing good, but if they have a loose mouth and they say that GOD is biased, they may well find themselves in Hell. They would then ask why as they have lived a righteous life, a life according to the Spiritual Guidelines and done everything good, but they had forgotten that they said GOD is biased. And that is why they ended up in Hell.
  10. It is the CREATOR’s privilege to condemn anyone to Hell. If they say GOD is biased, and they request to go to Heaven, then they should not be surprised to find themselves in Hell because they said that GOD is biased.
  11. Some of us would argue that the CREATOR is magnanimous. So why would GOD send them to Hell simply because they said GOD is biased? Xian Sheng asked some probing questions, “Would the CREATOR make Hell if HE is magnanimous? What is the purpose of Hell?” To the second question, Xian Sheng said that Hell is (also) for those with a loose mouth.
  12. Xian Sheng clarified that the CREATOR is indeed magnanimous. Because the CREATOR is magnanimous, the CREATOR created Hell.
  13. How do we explain the magnanimity of the CREATOR? Forgive those who do good deeds to repent for their sinful deeds. Forgive those who regretted their sins. Forgive those who changed their wrongful ways. Do we fall into those categories? If we do not fall into those categories, the CREATOR is still magnanimous as there is Hell. The CREATOR could easily send a sinful soul to the plane of Earth as a wandering/roaming soul7 instead of sending the soul to Hell. Xian Sheng said, “You would be relieved to be in Hell as long as you are not a wandering soul”. Xian Sheng asked the followers to ponder over what he said.
  14. Xian Sheng reiterated the importance to pray to the CREATOR until:
    – we fear nothing except the CREATOR,
    – we think good, see good, hear good, speak good & do good,
    – we change our erroneous ways,
    – we try to understand the CREATOR until we understand, that we truly cannot understand the CREATOR.
    – we are a political man, an economic man, a cultural man, a social man & a spiritual man.
    – we do not curse the CREATOR.
    Then we can truly say that we are a “Baitiangong person”.
(F) Do not swear in the name of GOD [59:36 – 01:03:40]
  1. Some people swear in the name of GOD. Xian Sheng had said, “Do not use GOD’s name to swear upon.”
  2. Some go to court and say, “I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me GOD”. Xian Sheng said he heard this phrase uttered by a Christian by the name of J.P. Meyer who was the Cheras OCPD, and then he proceeded to tell lies. Xian Sheng personally witnessed him lying in court.
  3. Xian Sheng referred to a recent court case where Daniel Wong the MD of Mandarin Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd also swore in court. However, Xian Sheng did not know whether he swore in the name of GOD as he did not attend the court case because he dislikes listening to people lying in court. Xian Sheng sued Fong Chan Onn for defaming him and Fong Chan Onn subpoenaed Daniel Wong to appear as his witness. Xian Sheng is unsure whether Fong Chan Onn and Daniel Wong are Christians and asked the followers to investigate for him. But if they were Christians, then they definitely would lie as the majority of Christians like to tell lies.
  4. Xian Sheng recalled the first time the Christians tried to lie to him was when he was a primary student. They told him that Jesus is GOD. Fortunately, he did not fall for that lie. They told him that the Chinese worshipped ghosts when they were worshipping their ancestors. They told him that the Chinese worship idols made from stone, wood and even metal. Xian Sheng acknowledged they are right in stating that Quan Yin and other deities the Chinese worship are indeed made from these elements.
  5. Sometimes, those who tell lies are worst off than those who worship idols made from metals, wood or stones. If we were to compare them, an idol worshipper who does not tell lies with a Christian who says they pray to Jesus as GOD, the Christian would have already lied to themselves in the first place.
  6. Xian Sheng asked the followers who would have committed a greater sin, the person who prays to the CREATOR but tells lies or the idol worshipper that does not tell lie? The answer is obviously the person who prays to the CREATOR. The idol worshipper can claim ignorance (they do not know that praying to idols is sinful) but the person who prays to the CREATOR, knows lying is sinful and willfully sin. Therefore the degree of the sin is even greater (than those who do not pray to the CREATOR.)
(G) Baitiangong followers cannot tell lies [01:05:58 – 01:08:43]
  1. It is very important that we do not tell lies because we are praying to the CREATOR. Other people can tell lies as it is their choice, but we followers must not tell lies.
  2. Xian Sheng related the incident where the police summoned Bro Tan An Bin to court. Bro Tan was charged with attempting to assault a traffic policeman with an iron steering wheel lock after the minibus he was driving was pulled aside by the policeman.
  3. In Bro Tan’s defence, he was very angry with the traffic policeman who he claimed constantly disrupt his livelihood just to make a quick buck. He held the iron steering lock above his head to whack the policeman, but changed his mind and threw the steering lock down to the ground.
  4. Bro Tan consulted a lawyer to defend him in court. The lawyer advised Bro Tan to deny anything with regards to the steering lock, that there was no steering lock around, that he never hold any steering lock and since the policeman did not confiscate or took any photo of the steering lock as evidence, he must deny ever holding a steering lock. So Bro Tan went to Xian Sheng and said, “Xian Sheng, our lawyer told me to tell lies.”
  5. Xian Sheng was appalled and told Bro Tan to ignore the contemptible advice from that despicable lawyer. He told Bro Tan to tell the truth in court and played out the following scenario.
    Prosecutor: Did you wield a steering lock?
    Bro Tan: Yes.
    Prosecutor: Did you have any intentions to strike the policeman?
    Bro Tan: Yes, I wanted to strike him.
    Prosecutor: Did you strike him?
    Bro Tan: No! I threw it down to the ground.
    Prosecutor: Why didn’t you strike him?
    Bro Tan: I thought about it and I was afraid that the blow could puncture his skull.
  6. Bro Tan attended court and told the truth which shocked his lawyer as his lawyer advised him to do the complete opposite which is to lie in court.
  7. The judge let Bro Tan off with only a stern warning. Bro Tan is not permitted to hit any policeman for two years.
  8. Xian Sheng joked that two years have since passed and Bro Tan is now permitted to hit policemen.
  9. Bro Tan was let off with a warning without imprisonment or even a fine as he told the truth as per Xian Sheng’s advice. Xian Sheng asked the followers to contemplate the big difference between telling the truth versus telling lies as proposed by the lawyer.
  10. In stark comparison, Fong Chan Onn coerced Daniel Wong to appear in court to make a sworn testimony to lie for him. Xian Sheng said these are most compatible with the Christians and if anyone wants to tell lies, please leave Baitiangong and join Christianity as lying is acceptable in Christianity but one cannot lie in Baitiangong.
  11. If one likes to tell lies, please join the Christians. But if we want to talk truthfully, then join Baitiangong. Xian Sheng said Baitiangong is better off with fewer followers than having many liars around.
  12. In Mahjong, players lie to each other which makes the game fun and challenging. Lying is acceptable under these circumstances.
  1. Heaven is a paradise where one enjoys a life of bliss and abundance. Depending on one's religious belief, Heaven could be divided into different levels up to seven levels for Judaism and Islam. In Baitiangong understanding, there are unlimited planes of Heaven. In the lowest plane of Heaven, the saints live in an earthlike paradise where they have to eat and work like humans. If one accumulates more merits in life, their soul will be rewarded with a higher plane of Heaven. For example, if there are a billion souls with different merits, there will be a billion planes of Heaven. Since there are no limits to one's merits, there is also no top to Heaven. Many believers questioned why GOD turn a blind eye to the savagery and inhumane acts of man. GOD created man with free consciousness giving them a choice to choose between doing good and doing evil within the limited time given to them on Earth. If they choose to succumb to their evil consciousness, they would fail in their examination in life and Hell would be their destination after death. The more sins they commit in life, the deeper down the planes of Hell they would find themselves in. As there is no cap to man's evil, there is neither a bottom to Hell too.
  2. Our universe is only one universe in an infinite number of universes. There is an abundance of evidence that shows different types of UFOs flying all across the globe. In Baitiangong, we accept these intelligent lifeforms as vessels for souls just as the human body is a vessel for our souls. Our souls may reincarnate into another being and live on another planet somewhere in this universe or in another universe. Our souls, therefore, are temporarily borrowing our human bodies with our present gender, ethnicity and appearance.
  3. We are souls created by the CREATOR and we will keep reincarnating until we finally pass our examination in life and we die to live in Heaven. Xian Sheng, Jesus and Prophet Muhammad are not souls like us as they are part of the Divine community of Disciples, Messengers, Angels and etc. created by the CREATOR at the beginning of creation. We would never fully comprehend the extent of their duties but we know one of their duties involved incarnating as a human to guide humans to realise the existence of the CREATOR and to pray to the CREATOR to save their own souls.
  4. Xian Sheng asked the CREATOR a series of questions after he started to experience the Spiritual Revelations that led him to know that he is the Disciple of GOD and the Deliverer of all unclean spirits. Xian Sheng came from the Plane of Nothing.
  5. Most of the souls are likely created long ago with the majority of humans on Earth reincarnated from Hell as those who have passed their examination in life are living in Heaven. As creation is an ongoing process, new souls are being created and some will be born on Earth to undergo their examination in life. Some souls may also come from Limbo as these souls have more merits than demerits but they did not realise the existence of the CREATOR and therefore did not have the opportunity to pray to the CREATOR. In Limbo, they are given the opportunity to do what they failed to do in their previous life. Xian Sheng said that this Earth could be our Limbo and all we have to do is to pray to the CREATOR and we would be able to go to Heaven. Some souls died prematurely during their examination in life and would be reincarnated immediately to continue with their examination in life. Similar to Xian Sheng, Jesus and Prophet Muhammad who came to Earth, angels and even saints could incarnate as humans on Earth to perform a certain task. The 0.1% of humans, therefore, consist of newly created souls, souls that failed to go to Heaven from Limbo, souls that reincarnate immediately and Divine beings with a certain task to perform.
  6. Praying to the CREATOR is a passport for the soul to go to Heaven. Xian Sheng may have handed us our passports but we still have to meet the prerequisite which is to get more merits than demerits in life. Praying to the CREATOR obediently and faithfully does not guarantee a place in Heaven as a Voice in the past told Xian Sheng that not even 10% of Baitiangong followers pray to the CREATOR with their mind, body and soul. This meant that followers need to use their minds to think and understand Xian Sheng's teachings, to fear nothing except the CREATOR, and their bodies to see good, hear good, speak good and do good according to Xian Sheng's advice and instructions so that their souls would also pray to the CREATOR. If one's soul prays to the CREATOR, then there is hope as the soul is the driver to steer us on the path to Heaven.
  7. Wandering souls or more popularly called ghosts exist in the spiritual dimension parallel to Earth and cannot be seen by our normal vision. However, some people can see wandering souls, as their eyesight vibration is compatible with them. Most would report seeing horrible spectres due to the extreme suffering the wandering soul have to endure. Wandering souls committed a serious sin by ending their examination in life by committing suicide that they do not deserve to go to Hell. They remained on the Earth to suffer for thousands of years. People who died, but are so full of hatred to the extent of taking revenge upon their deaths are also doomed to be wandering souls. Wandering souls exist alongside us but they are unable to do the things they once did when they were alive. They can see people, but cannot interact with them and therefore, experience extreme loneliness and rejection. They can see food, but cannot eat and drink and therefore experience extreme pangs of hunger. However, they can experience pain from people or objects bumping into them, the searing heat of the sun, the coldness of the winters, the rain and all other environmental factors. They will also experience how they died multiple times over. For example, people that commit suicide by hanging from a rope will find themselves pulling the noose over their head again and again to relive the pain of dying countless times. These wandering souls will eventually go to Hell to accept the punishment for their other sins.
