(A) Predetermined consciousness and free consciousness [20:21 – 32:53]

1. It does not matter if the Chinese people originated from Africa and not from China. It is not like the Chinese people lived for the first time.¹
2. China’s need to believe that it was the cradle of humanity is more of an issue of pride than scientific fact.
3. The continent where humans originated does not really matter. 
4. What is more important for Baitiangong followers is to understand the following:
   – The CREATOR created the universe, created humans, created everything and all and more than that.
   – The Divine Law of Nature governs everything in the material world and the spiritual world.
   – The consciousness from the beginning of creation to the consciousness at the present time.
5. Consciousness exists in two forms: Predetermined Consciousness and Free Consciousness.
6. Planet Earth’s consciousness is Predetermined Consciousness and this consciousness determines that Earth spins on its axis every 24 hours while rotates around the sun every 365 days.
7. Humans’ consciousness is Free Consciousness. The CREATOR created humans with Free Consciousness to give humans the freedom to make their own choices.
8. The CREATOR created planet Earth for humans to live in. That is why the CREATOR gave Planet Earth a Predetermined Consciousness so that behaves in a predetermined manner to ensure humans not only survive but strive on it.²
9. Humans are created with an intelligent mind and gifted with Free Consciousness. 
10. With this consciousness, human became aware of their own existence. 
11. But humans possess the freedom of thought and mobility not available to the rest of creation. 
12. They are free to do whatever, including the freedom to live or die, the freedom to pray to the CREATOR, to pray to the devil and pray to animals or other human beings. 
13. Humans have the freedom of choice. But planet Earth does not have this freedom. Planet Earth must follow its Predetermined Consciousness.
14. Xian Sheng recalled his conversation with Bro Pit King where the latter stated that consciousness is already in existence at the beginning of creation. To which Xian Sheng replied, “Correct.” [This is with reference to Creation as explained by Xian Sheng. Please refer to the explanation on Creation at the following link. Creation] 
15. The CREATOR created Nothing, gases, life force energy, external life force energy, consciousness and matter. 
16. Consciousness exists in external life force energy and Nothing. 
17. In fact, all of creation is contained within Nothing.
18. Bro Pit King said that the youth perceived Xian Sheng’s explanation of creation in a direct sequential order that starts with the creation of Nothing and ends with the creation of matter.³
19. Xian Sheng replied that their conclusion is wrong if that is how the youth perceive the creation process.
    
20. Xian Sheng explained that consciousness already exists in the atoms of the gases. 
21. Consciousness already exists at the beginning of creation itself. 
22. The creation as explained is a simplified way for people to understand.
23. Consciousness is therefore not a part of the sequence in creation. It is not creation No. (5) as shown in the footnote. 
24. Xian Sheng’s explanation is a simplification for understanding and not the sequential order of creation.
25. Why does consciousness exist even at the start of creation itself? 
26. This is because everything is part of the CREATOR’s consciousness.⁴ 
27. As all of creation is part of GOD’s consciousness, all of creation has GOD’s consciousness.
28. The youth are not able to accept and assess the explanation of the creation. This is their own stupidity for failing to grasp Xian Sheng’s explanation.
29. But when it comes to consciousness in humans, the mind comes first, followed by consciousness. 
30. We have to assess this type of consciousness. 
31. This consciousness gives awareness to humans of their own existence within the universe. 
32. This consciousness is Free Consciousness that gives humans the freedom of choice. [The mind is the centre of consciousness]
33. The type of consciousness that exists in the elements: metals/minerals, wood/vegetation, water/liquid, fire/energy and earth/soil are Predetermined Consciousness. 
34. For example:
    – planet Earth’s consciousness is to rotate on its axis every 24 hours.
    – Asteroids are not allowed to smash into Earth and so the consciousness of asteroids is to circle Earth in its own orbit and avoid falling into Earth’s gravitational pull.
    – Our sun must be warm enough to sustain life on Earth and cannot give off too much energy that would strip all life from the planet.
35. An atom consists of the nucleus (made from protons and neutrons) and the electrons that spin around the nucleus. Even these particles have consciousness. Without consciousness, the electrons would not spin in their orbitals. 
36. The strong cohesive force bonds atoms into molecules to form the five elements and these elements also have consciousness.
37. The combined consciousness of the five elements that made up a human gave rise to Free Consciousness that specifically exists only in humans.
38. Humans have Free Consciousness, matter has Predetermined Consciousness, Nothing has its own consciousness. Therefore, all of creation have GOD’s consciousness.
39. Contrary to certain beliefs, GOD does not exist within us, but GOD’s consciousness exists in everything.
40. Xian Sheng congratulated the youth for asking the question about creation, but they lacked the capability to assess Xian Sheng’s explanation.
41. Once again, Xian Sheng reiterated that creation is a manifestation of the CREATOR’s thought and not a step-by-step process.
42. If you think creation is a step-by-step process as follows: (1) Nothing, (2) Gases, (3) Life Force Energy and so forth, then you are better off reading the Christian Bible. 
43. Genesis Chapter 1 explains that GOD created as follows:
    Day 1 – Light,
    Day 2 – Atmosphere/Firmament,
    Day 3 – Dry ground & plants,
    Day 4 – Sun, moon & stars,
    Day 5 – Birds & sea creatures,
    Day 6 – Land animals & humans.
44. Baitiangong does not state that creation is a step-by-step process. 
45. Baitiangong state that creation is a manifestation of the CREATOR’s thought. 
46. Everything exists simultaneously and with GOD’s consciousness.
47. Then we have to assess that GOD’s consciousness exists in all elements that gave them purpose and direction.
48. Xian Sheng reminded the followers to remember that GOD created humans and gave human Free Consciousness. 
49. Our Free Consciousness can be influenced by our internal consciousness such as our thoughts, emotions and feelings. 
50. Our Free Consciousness can also be influenced by external consciousness from a third party. 
51. This third-party consciousness which is an external consciousness can influence us to do good or to do bad.
52. What is important is that we must be able to distinguish between good and bad.
53. There are some things that people failed to understand. More so the Chinese people as they failed to distinguish clean from dirty. 
54. It is laughable that the majority of Chinese people treat sexual relationship as dirty when it is not. 
55. And yet, they still indulged themselves in these so call dirty acts. 
56. If they claimed that sexual relationships between heterosexual couples are dirty, then they should stop engaging in sex. 
57. That is why the Chinese have a topsy-turvy view of sex.
