Jennifer Cho is the Chief Customer Officer at CreatorIQ, the global operating system for creator marketing. The former CEO of Creator Deck, an Influencer Marketing/Social Strategy agency, and The Wing, a nationwide women's co-working organization, and GM/EVP at Weber Shandwick, Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in influencer strategy, brand management, communications and marketing to her approach for building exceptional teams and engaging with intersectional audiences on and offline to drive trust and long-term brand strength. She is an active proponent of women and underrepresented communities in tech, and is a board member of Futures Ignite, which works in New York City’s public school system to advance programming, counseling, and advocacy to equip BIPOC students to direct their college and career futures. Jennifer lives in New York City with her husband and shih tzu.

Tim Sovay serves as the Chief Business Development & Partnerships officer at CreatorIQ. Previously, Tim has served in senior roles at theAudience, Edelman, The Walt Disney Company, and Summit Entertainment. With more than 25 years of experience at the forefront of innovation across digital and social media marketing, Tim's work has received recognition in the industry by the Cannes Lions, 4A's, The Webby Awards, MarTech Awards, and Influencer Marketing Awards.
Joy Osinloye
Vice President of Customer Success, North America
Joy Osinloye is the Vice President of Customer Success, North America at CreatorIQ, where she leads Customer Success across enterprise, mid-market, and agency segments. She oversees retention, expansion, and long-term value creation and realization for a diverse portfolio of high-growth global brands. Partnering closely with revenue, marketing, and executive stakeholders, Joy equips the CreatorIQ customers with the necessary tools and insights to ensure their creator programs drive true measurable business impact. Before joining CreatorIQ, Joy led influencer and integrated marketing initiatives for global brands including Airbnb, Huggies, L’Oréal, Adobe, and Kellogg’s.
Ashley Waxman
Vice President of Brand Marketing and Communications
Ashley Waxman is VP of Brand Marketing & Communications at CreatorIQ, where she leads brand strategy, communications, content, co-marketing, events, and creative for the enterprise platform powering creator marketing at scale. A B2B brand builder with 15+ years experience at high-growth tech companies—including Asana, MuleSoft, and Mashery—she's led marketing through IPOs, acquisitions, and category-defining moments. She hosts the Earned podcast and executive produces CreatorIQ Connect, the company's annual event for global marketing leaders. Ashley lives in the Bay Area with her husband and daughter.
